These Terms govern your access to and use of wealthpipe.net (“the site”). By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. The service

WealthPipe provides free informational tools — a Korean keyword analyzer, a daily economic news digest, an asset signal tracker, a KRX factor screener, a weekly keyword ranking, and an editorial blog. Tools and features may change, be removed, or be moved behind a paid plan at any time.

2. Not investment, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on WealthPipe is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The signals, scores, grades, rankings, and AI summaries we publish are informational summaries of public data sources. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for any decision you make based on this site, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information you read here.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape or mass-download the site beyond its public APIs.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not use the site to violate any law or to infringe the rights of any third party.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt other users.
• Do not resell our data, summaries, or AI-generated outputs without permission.

4. Third-party data and services

WealthPipe integrates public data from Naver, Yahoo Finance, GNews, KRX, and others. We are not affiliated with these providers and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data they supply. AI summaries generated by Anthropic Claude may contain errors and should be cross-checked.

5. Accounts and the newsletter

Most tools work without an account. When you do sign in via magic link or subscribe to the newsletter, you are responsible for keeping your email address and login link safe. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Our original content (interface, blog posts written by us, code, brand) is © 2026 WealthPipe and may not be copied or republished without prior written permission. You may share screenshots and short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthPipe and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law states otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
